K4 Booklist

One of the things I am always looking for on other blogs is book ideas.  There are so many great books out there, and I find it overwhelming sometimes going to the bookstore or library without a list.  There are also a ton of ridiculous books, and I want to stay away from those.  Since I appreciate when other homeschool moms have a list of the books they used for a certain age, I figured I should make my own list.  This is our list through January, and I will keep adding as the year goes on.  From August through November I read one story, a page or two of poems, and a page of Mother Goose each day.  From Thanksgiving until Christmas we just read books about those holidays, and I have listed those books as well.
